Third-Party Suppliers

We coordinate services through independent suppliers including:

• Airlines

• Resorts

• Hotels

• Cruise Lines

• Transportation Providers

• Tour Operators

• Event Venues

We do not own or operate these entities and cannot be held responsible for their actions, omissions, pricing changes, cancellations, or service failures.

 

Travel Risks

Travel involves risks including:

• Flight disruptions

• Weather conditions

• Government restrictions

• Health advisories

• Supplier insolvency

• Natural disasters

 

Clients assume these risks when traveling.

 

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. Clients who decline travel insurance assume responsibility for losses resulting from travel disruptions or cancellations.

 

Force Majeure

Destinations By A. Marie Events shall not be liable for events beyond reasonable control including:

• Hurricanes

• Pandemics

• Government actions

• Civil unrest

• Natural disasters

• Transportation interruptions

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability shall be limited to fees paid directly to Destinations By A. Marie Events for planning services.
